After 10 years of having my ccl, lane county sheriffs denied my third renewal due to some 25 yr. old drug charges from Calif that just update from the calif. data base. It would cost me over $1000.00 to get it expunged. Isn’t there something else that can be done? I have since married, raised 5 kids, been a Notary in Oregon and the past  years have een the City Locksmith in Oakridge. Can’t my permit be “Grandfathered” in. I haven’t had as much as a Jaywalking ticket in 25 years.
